1) -Earning Points-

You will earn 3 point's for being at a Dynamis run if you stay for the entire time we are in the zone. If you come late or leave early and are there for less then 75% of the run you will only gain 1 point. If you leave after the mega boss is defeated and have been there for 75% of the run you are only entitled 2 points. Points are only awarded upon the completion of a run. If you are in your trial period and we are doing a zone you do not have clearance for you will still be rewarded 2pts for the run.

Entire Run

3pts

Less Than 75%

1pt

Over 75% but less than 100%

2pts

Trial Member / No clearance

2pts

-Relic Weapons- are lotted without loss of points to anyone that can equip the weapon. This does not limit you to your main job. If you have other 70+ jobs feel free to lot the weapons if you can use them. Trial members are allowed to lot on relic weapons even on their first run.

-Relic Armor and Points- Points will be deducted as follows:

You will be deducted ALL of your points if your declared job item drops and you are NOT the only person who needs the piece. Say RDM hat drops in Xarc and 3 RDMs need it. The person with the highest points will lose ALL of their points. If multiple hats drop, you could still lose ALL points depending on how many items drop. If two hats drop, then the two RDMs who got the piece will still lose ALL points since there is still “competition”. If 3 hats drop, then only half of your points will be deducted since all of the RDMs now have the piece and there was no “competition” so to speak.

You will be deducted HALF of your points if you are the only person lotting a piece. This means that if all others in your declared job lot have the piece or pass it and you are the only one left, you will only be deducted HALF. This also includes if you are the only one present. If multiple people are lotting the same piece, but you are the only member present, you will only lose half.

Saving your points is allowed. If you decide to pass on a piece, then you will not suffer any penalties unless you lot the item when it goes Freelot. If you lot AND WIN the item when it goes Freelot you will be penalized 25 points.

If any item goes into "Freelot" status or auto-drops to your inventory, you will not lose any points.

-Other items- Any crafting items that drop are free to the shell and anyone can lot them without loss of points. These items could be things like Infinity Cores, Sparking Stones, etc. The only exception to this would be Wootz Ores. Those are to only be lotted by the designated officer as they are needed to help fund runs and reraise items for the pullers.

-Experience Scrolls- These should and will only be lotted by the pullers for the group. On occasion, they must do "death pulls" and will lost EXP more frequently than others. As a courtesy, they are allowed to lot on the EXP scrolls. No one else should lot on them unless told to do so by an officer.

2) -Attendance-

Attendace is a must! We understand that people have lifes and work, but if you are on the game you are required to be in the run.

If your unable to make a run, please let an officer (Medix, Sherinmir, Badarse and Canata) know ahead of time if at all possible. Reasons do not need to be given if you do not wish to state them. All we ask is that some sort of notification be given even if it is as simple as "I can't make it."

Failure to let an officer know may result in a lotting suspension based on the number of runs you missed (1 run per occurrence). We understand that there are some times that you may not be able to notify an officer of an absence. If this is the case, your previous attendance record will be taken into consideration.

3) -New Members-

New members will be on a trial period, where points are received. This is to get you used to our shell and us used to you. However you must wait until you have 10 points before you can lot anything that is not your main job category. Points are only awarded at the end of every run. (Please refer to point system above). If a relic piece drops during your trial period, after your first run, and falls under your main lot category, you will be allowed to lot the item if everyone else on the list already has the item. An officer will notify you if it is your turn to lot. If we are doing a zone that you do not have clearance for you will receive 2 points for that run as long as you check in with an officer. Failure to check in could result in you not receiving any points. If you wish to join a run with another linkshell to get clearance for a zone, you may do so provided you get the OK from an officer.

4) -Lot Status-

You need to pick a job to lot on and stick with it. If you wish to change jobs after recieving 5/5 AF you may do so with no wait period, ALL points saved will be lost and you start from 0. If you wish to change jobs before 5/5 AF you may do so with a 4 run wait, ALL points will be reduced to 0. This is in effect to discourge job hoping.

Lotting Rules are as follows:

Job lot. If, as an example, WAR drops the officer in charge will state "WAR: [name]" in the LS chat. If you are that person, you must decide whether or not you wish to lot on the piece. If you are called, please state your intentions as soon as possible.

Freelot 70+. If the member called for Job Lot passes, then it will go to this state. This means that anyone with the job of the piece dropped has a level of 70 or higher, they are welcome to lot at no cost of points.

Freelot 60+. Same as above except that job must be at level 60 or above.

Freelot JOB. This lot is for people who have intentions of leveling the job required for the dropped piece. This means that if you are leveling the specific job and have every intention of taking it to 75, then please lot. If you have no intentions of leveling the job, do NOT lot. No points will be deducted.

Freelot Mannequin. This lot is what we call a "no penalty" lot or "just lot it if you want it." This lot is if you wish to dress up your mannequin or just to say you have a piece. This can be a useful lot as many people have gotten pieces and have become interested in leveling the jobs. This lot will only be available for 10 seconds! No points will be taken.

NO LOT! This is it. No lotting on the piece will be allowed at all! If it auto-drops to you, you can keep it, chuck it, dress up your mannequin, etc. No points will be taken. It will also be officer's discretion to award the person 1 or 2 single currency pieces as an "apology."

If two or more members are tied in points and are present, then those members will all lot at the same time and the highest lot will get the item.

5) -Schedule-

Schedule is the same unless a major holiday is on the same day or day before an event. Thursday & Sundays 7:00pm EST is starting time depending on other events happening that day.

6) -Commitment-

Once you choose to go with CS you need to go with our LS only! Unless cleared through an Officer. The only reason we would suggest going with another shell is if we did not have plans of doing a required city zone in a long period of time. If you choose to go with another Dynamis shell, you give up your points and possibly access to our Dynamis.

7) -Substitute Player-

If you are having someone else control your character, you can have them lot for your armor if you had the points for it; however, you will not earn credit for runs when others are controlling your character. Make sure they know how to play your job before you have people with lack of knowledge playing high level jobs.

8) -Funding-

Cigarette Smugglers will fund all runs. All currency will belong to Cigarette Smugglers and only be lotted by the officer in charge. If you are a THF and steal a piece of currency, it is yours to keep if you wish. If you do not want it, you can toss it or give it to the officer in charge.

Member sponsored runs are possible. If you wish to sponsor a run, you must place an application with Medix stating which zone you wish to sponsor and the date. If your application is approved you will be notified via in-game or e-mail. Member is responsible to pay the 500,0000 gil for the glass and all currency will then be lotted by that user. The member sponsoring the run cannot lot on any item except the currency and their job lot. All other drops will fall under normal LS rules.

9) -General Rules-

Following rules in Dynamis is a must. With that being said depending on the severity of the issue you will either be warned, removed from that specific run, or removed from the shell. Things that should be assumed but not everyone may know:

-No killing Charmed LS members.

-Always /assist the person we announce. This may change during the run if the main assister dies but if you are unaware how to assist it is pretty simple. Make a macro or simply type /assist name.

-Do not venture off by yourself! Stay with the group at all times. If by chance you fall behind, let your party members know and they will try to direct you to the group. There is no map in Dynamis so try to be alert of your surroundings. Also don’t run ahead of the main group since you will either link mobs and/or get the group killed.

-Do not auto-follow anyone. People change gear and you may go running off into mobs.

-Do not hand out hourglasses to outside members. We announce how the hourglass system works typically before the run. An Officer will have the main glass. Once we start duplicating the glasses the party leaders will trade with the Officer (name will be announced before entering) and then the party leaders will duplicate for their party members.

-If armor drops do not start shouting who you think should lot the armor. Officers will have the point list and will ask on the LS as soon as we can if that person would like to lot or pass. If your name comes up either lot or just say you are passing and we will go down the list.

-Do not spam the LS chat with garbage. Inside Dynamis, we need the LS chat open to tell people where we are going, what we need, who is allowed to lot, etc. If you feel the need to say something use /say /shout or /tells.

-Do not use sub jobs that are not valued in Dynamis, i.e., a summoner has no reason to be using warrior. Please have your normal gear and normal SJ. Some jobs that normally would not SJ thief are allowed in hopes it would increase drops, but certain jobs cannot function with thief SJ so please use your head.

-Do not request information on the point list or how many people you are lotting against while gathering for Dynamis, or during Dynamis. If you have questions direct them to an Officer or visit this website.

-You must be wearing our pearl at all times inside dynamis. Attendence will be by the LS not a /sea of the zone. So if you don't have your pearl on you won't be counted as being there.

-MPKing will not be tolerated that being said if you get aggro dont bring it to US! die someone will come raise you. Persistant disregard for the rules and or MPKig the LS will result in severe punishment.

Regarding CoP (aka Dreamworld) Dynamis Zones:

In order to enter the Dreamworld Dynamis zones, members must be past the capped Diabolos fight (CoP Mission 3-5 “Darkness Named”). If you are not past this mission, please let someone in the LS know so we can make arrangements to get you access as there are members who are currently running “static” runs for both CoP and Zilart missions.

There is a separate points list used for the CoP zones. This is in regards to the accessories that can only be obtained in these zones. Since these zones also drop standard relic items as well as the -1 items, we want to make sure you understand the following rules concerning lots:

- Normal lotting rules apply if a standard relic piece drops. If your main lot piece drops, you have the option to either lot or pass as with standard Dynamis Zones. Points will be taken according to those rules.

- If your lotted relic accessory drops, you will be able to lot provided you have the points to do so. In the case of members having the same amount of points, all players will lot and the highest lot will win it. Points will taken according to standard rules.

- If a -1 relic piece drops, members can lot without penalty of points PROVIDED THEY HAVE THE REGULAR RELIC ITEM! If you do not have the counterpart piece or do not intend on upgrading, please do not lot. Members are allowed one -1 piece per run.

All other Dyamis rules regarding attendance and behaviour will also be in effect.
